About LDPS

Who we are

LITDESIGN PROJECTS & SERVICES LIMITED (LDPS) is a construction-finishing company. We specialise in waterproof plaster-screeding, plastering and screeding, waterproofing, damp-wall treatment, building repairs, renovation and wall and floor finishing.

Alongside this core work, we take on selected interior and decorative finishing on request: POP and gypsum board ceilings and decorative designs, flooring and floor finishing, Gravitex textured finishes, our signature grooved plaster-screed wall design, and tiling.

We also supply the waterproof and water-resistant construction materials we work with, so customers can come to us for the work, the materials, or both.

Our approach: the Three-in-One system

At the centre of our work is our Advanced Three-in-One Waterproof Plastering & Screeding System, which brings plastering, screeding and waterproof protection together in one coordinated finishing process. It is designed to reduce the number of separate stages a wall goes through and to protect surfaces against moisture, with one aim: zero future wall maintenance cost.

Services and materials, working together

Because we use and supply the same materials, we understand how they behave on site. That helps us recommend the right product for each surface — and it means one team is responsible for both the workmanship and the materials on your project.

How we work with you

We start by understanding the building and the problem. We explain what we recommend and why, agree the scope and provide a quotation before work begins, and keep you informed while the work is carried out.

If something is outside our scope — for example, a structural problem that needs an engineer — we will say so.
