Waterproof Plaster-Screeding

Our signature Three-in-One system: plastering, screeding and waterproof protection combined in one coordinated application — designed to give walls a smooth, protected surface with fewer separate stages.

Our Advanced Three-in-One Waterproof Plastering & Screeding System brings together three functions in one coordinated application: plastering, screeding and waterproof protection. It is built with one goal in mind: zero future wall maintenance cost. Correctly specified and applied on suitable walls, it is designed to reduce the risk of damp, seepage, peeling paint, mould, fungal growth and algae, and the repair costs that come with them.

Conventional wall finishing often happens in separate stages: a plaster coat, then a screed or skim coat, and sometimes a separate damp or waterproofing treatment on top. Each stage needs its own labour, materials and waiting time.

LDPS’s waterproof plaster-screeding approach combines plastering, screeding and waterproof protection into a single, coordinated finishing process, using water-resistant materials from our own range — such as Rigid-Crete waterproof cement and Total Screed — together with liquid polymer additives where the job calls for them.

Fewer stages can mean less labour, less waiting between coats and less material waste. The actual difference depends on your building, the condition of the surfaces and the scope of work, so we assess the site before we quote and explain the recommended approach clearly.

  • A smooth surface ready for paint or other finishes
  • Workmanship and materials from one team, so responsibility is clear

How the work runs

  1. Site assessmentWe inspect the surfaces, note any damp or cracks and agree the scope with you.
  2. QuotationYou receive a quote covering the work and the materials required.
  3. Surface preparationWalls are cleaned, repaired where needed and prepared for application.
  4. Plaster-screed applicationThe waterproof plaster-screed is applied and finished to a smooth surface.
  5. Curing and handoverThe surface is left to cure, then checked with you before handover.

Questions

What is the Three-in-One system?

It combines plastering, screeding and waterproof protection into one coordinated finishing process, instead of applying them as separate stages.

Can it be used on existing walls?

Often, yes — after we assess the surface. Loose, hollow, cracked or damp-damaged plaster may need repair first.

Do you supply the materials?

Yes. LDPS supplies waterproof construction materials, and we can include them in your quotation.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the area, the condition of the surfaces and the location. Send photos and approximate dimensions and we will prepare a quotation.

Does this mean my walls will never need maintenance?

Zero future wall maintenance cost is the aim of the system: reducing recurring wall maintenance and moisture-related repair costs through suitable materials, proper surface preparation and correct application. It is not an unconditional guarantee. Problems such as roof or plumbing leaks, structural movement or poor drainage still need attention, and we will point them out when we assess the site.
